Returns Policy

As all our products are end-of-line, we can only accept returns on faulty items.

If you would like to return a faulty item you need to make us aware within 14 days of receiving the order, and the goods need to be received by us within 30 days.

Your order has arrived damaged:

  • In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we will work to resolve this as quickly as possible
  • Please ensure that goods are thoroughly checked on delivery and if there are any damages, please make the driver aware and sign for as ‘damaged’
  • Email our customer care team, info@havwoodsoutlet.co.uk with your order number, name and contact details, number of items damaged and photos/videos for the damage or fault.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days and replacement sorted as soon as possible.
  • Proof of damage/the fault will be required before any replacements or refunds are organised.

How do I package my faulty flooring ready for returning?

  • Please use clear tape if your packages need to be resealed after opening.
  • If using a parcel courier, please ensure sufficient protection is used for each parcel. Please take pictures of your returns for reference.

What address should I send my return to?

Havwoods Outlet Ltd, Unit 11, Oakwood Way, Carnforth Business Park, Carnforth, Lancashire, LA5 9FD.

Please return your flooring between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (our warehouse is closed during weekends).

Which courier should I use for my return?

Five packs or less? Fedex, DHL, DX, UPS

More than five packs? Pallet Track, Cannons (Pallet delivery).

What will happen next?

Your return will be accepted by one of our warehouse team who will then photograph the delivery. Providing the return is viable, the credit note will be passed over to our accounts team where you will receive you full refund for the product within 14 days.
