We have a large, UK-based warehouse where we hold stock of all of our products, which are available for an immediate dispatch, if required. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible, with the delivery being made by lorry. If there are any additional delivery restrictions or concerns, please advise us at the time of order.

These rates apply to UK Mainland. POA for non-Mainland and Scottish Highlands. Above deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure suitable labour is at the delivery point to offload your delivery.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Ireland, islands and non mainland UK Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery or AM service. Deliveries outside mainland UK (Scottish Higlands, Ireland, islands etc) will incur extra delivery charges. These are prices upon application. Please contact us for more information.

Get ready for your delivery

Our delivery services are kerbside trade delivery services and it is your responsibility to carry the goods from the kerbside into the property. We recommend that labour is arranged to assist with the offload. Deliveries can be made on large commercial vehicles. We will assume that the property is easily accessible to these types of vehicles. Please advise of any restrictions at point of order.

Your delivery time slot

Please ensure you provide us with a relevant phone number and email address for your delivery upon ordering. Once you have chosen a date for delivery of your goods, you will be sent a text/e-mail to advise of your 2 hour time slot. Please note, depending on your courier, it could be an AM or PM drop, if you have from your courier in the morning, you will be given a PM delivery slot at 12 midday. Please be aware most of our shipments will be on a pallet and this will be left with you at the point of delivery along with any packing used to protect the goods whilst in transit.

Order not as expected?

It is important to check your packages for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. Please contact us directly within 14 days of receiving the order and we will endeavour to resolved it swiftly. Regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses because of problems with delivery or floors not being acclimatised properly.

Redelivery Fees

If you miss your allocated delivery time slot, or you refuse your delivery, a standard re-delivery fee will be charged (can be seen above). We will hold your delivery in our warehouse until redelivery fees are paid.
